Tradesmen’s Terms & Conditions

1 – Your business is listed in Southend Tradespeople FREE of charge from August 1st 2023 until January 1st 2024. This is because we gave everyone a FREE listing period to see if it works for you. If you want to remain in the directory thereafter, fees are £100 per year.

2 – We operate on a first come, first served basis. First one who pay goes in box one, second one who pays goes in box two, third one who pays goes in box three, and so on until all 12 listings are claimed.

2 – Payment is via cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

3 – Your listing is exclusive, no one will take your place as long as you keep up with your annual £100 payment.

4 – Maximum of 12 listings per trade, we will not add anymore.

5 – There are no hidden charges, you pay £100 per year, fully inclusive.

6 – The customers contact you by calling your telephone number or visiting your website; which are both listed in your advert.

7 – There is also a link in your advert that shows your customer reviews posted on Google, TrustATrader, Checkatrade or MyBuilder.

8 – If we receive a complaint from one of your customers, we will contact you and ask you to sort the problem out. If you refuse, we will remove you from the site until you do sort it out, and you will not be reimbursed any money.

9 – You, the company or sole trader is fully responsible for any wrong doings whatsoever, it is between you and the customer. If ANYTHING goes wrong with a job, it is nothing to do with us at all.

10 – When you make payment you automatically agree to our terms and conditions listed above.
